Privacy Policy

Progmat, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") will use the personal information the Company obtains (which refers to "personal information" as defined in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of 2003, hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Information Protection Act")) refers to information about living individuals that can identify specific individuals by name, date of birth, or other descriptions contained in the information, or that contains a personal identification code). The following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") shall apply to the handling of personal information.

We do not acquire sensitive information.

    Security control of personal information
    We take measures to ensure the safe management of personal information against risks such as loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage of personal information, including the establishment of internal rules, organizational systems, appropriate supervision of employees, and prevention of unauthorized access to personal information.

    Outsourcing of handling of personal information
    We may outsource a part of our business. In the event that we outsource all or part of the handling of your personal information to a third party in connection with such outsourcing, we will make sure that the third party takes appropriate measures to protect your personal information, and we will provide necessary and appropriate supervision of the third party.

    We will not disclose or provide customers' personal information to any third party, except in the cases described in "3. Purpose of use of personal information" and “5. Outsourcing the handling of personal information" or in any of the following cases.

    Disclosure, correction and discontinuance of use of registered information
    • (1)
      Upon your request, we will disclose your personal information to you. In such cases, we will confirm the identity of the person by a method prescribed by us.       If the person requests us to stop using or delete (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") his/her personal information on the grounds that it is being used beyond the scope of the purpose of use or that it was obtained by wrongful means, we will immediately stop using or delete the information without delay. However, in cases where it is difficult to suspend the use of personal information due to the large amount of costs involved or other reasons, and alternative measures necessary to protect the rights and interests of the individual can be taken, these alternative measures will be taken.

    The Company posts and publicizes this Policy on the Company's website.
    We will review the status of operation regarding the handling of user information from time to time and strive for continuous improvement, and may change this policy as necessary. Any changes will be posted on the Company's website. The revised policy will be applied from the time of posting. In the case of changes that require the consent of users under laws and regulations, the Company shall obtain the consent of users in a manner prescribed by the Company.
