After joining Toyo Trust and Banking Co., Ltd. (now Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation) in 1991, he gained experience in both retail and corporate sales before focusing primarily on corporate planning and IT strategy. From 2017, he served as General Manager of Business IT Planning, and from 2021, as General Manager of Corporate Planning, where he played a key role in driving the expansion of the digital asset business—including the establishment of Progmat—from both a technology and corporate strategy perspective. Since 2024, he has been serving as Executive Managing Director (CIO, CDO, and CDTO), overseeing the IT and digital domains and leading the digital transformation of Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation.
