After joining Mitsubishi Trust and Banking Corporation (now Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation, hereinafter "MUTB") in 1992, he worked in corporate sales at domestic branches and was transferred to the Securities Bureau of the Ministry of Finance, After working in market operations at the London branch, he engaged in headquarters planning for integration planning, corporate planning, and financial planning of Mitsubishi/UFJ and large corporate sales for many years, he was appointed as Executive Officer and General Manager of Sales Division 1 of MUFG Bank in 2018 and Executive Officer and General Manager of Financial Planning Department of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group in 2019. He was then appointed as Managing Executive Officer and General Manager of Sales Division of the MUTB in 2022 and Director and Senior Executive Officer (CSO, CFO, COO-I) of the MUTB in 2024. He currently oversees the MUTB's Corporate Planning and Frontier Business Development.
