Prior to joining Progmat, he held positions in a global consulting firm, a merchant banking division at a major Japanese financial institution, M&A head of a retailing company and CFO of a unicorn-venture. He has extensive experience in investment, financing, and M&A, including large investments for financial institutions, the establishment and operation of complex joint ventures, and equity and debt financing for a venture.
